Chuckwagon Chili Mix
For a hearty, stick-to-your-bones meal, try our Chuckwagon Chili Mix—a blend of traditional beef chili beans, dried vegetables, and spices you can make your own with more veggies (like canned corn) or more meat (like sausage—or our personal favourite, bacon bits!)

1) In large pot, brown 1-2 lb hamburger with 1 large chopped onion.
2) Add package contents, 796 ml can diced tomatoes, and 5 C water.
3) Bring to hard boil, then simmer covered for 3-4 hr. Add extra water as needed. Season with salt and pepper. Option: add quartered mushrooms, corn, and cooked sausage.
Note: for softer beans and faster cook time soak beans for 4-6 hr, use 2–2 1/2 C water, and cook for 2-3 hr.
INGREDIENTS FIELD HARVESTED. INSPECT FOR ELEMENTS OF NATURE.
Add 1-2 C ground beef and 1 C diced onions and set to sauté with lid off.
Sauté for 10 minutes until beef is browned
Option: you may wish to drain the fat.
Hit cancel and add 4 C water, package contents, and a 796 mL can of diced tomatoes.
Option: add diced or canned mushrooms and/or a can of corn niblets.
Secure lid and close vent. Set to SOUP for 50 minutes.
Quick Release and enjoy!
Tip: For softer beans use a 'Natural Release' instead of a 'Quick Release'.
